Five years ago, LTK Services was born from the realization that corporate America was discarding office furniture at a staggering, unsustainable rate.
As operational efficiency and sustainability experts, we saw firsthand the environmental impact of the office furniture industry and the massive volume of high-quality items sent to landfills every year. With the rapid evolution of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards and the value that companies are placing on sustainable practices, we believed we could make a difference.
Starting this business was about more than repurposing furniture; it was about challenging the status quo and helping clients understand that “used” doesn’t mean “garbage.” Instead, used furniture—through the process of remanufacturing—can achieve new life and purpose, becoming as functional and stylish as brand-new pieces while making a meaningful environmental impact.
Over the years, we've committed ourselves to educating our clients and destigmatizing remanufactured furniture. We’ve learned that remanufacturing requires a unique approach that blends design, craftsmanship, and eco-consciousness. Our team became experts not only in restoring quality materials but also in helping clients navigate the sometimes complex process of integrating upcycled solutions into their offices.

Remanufactured Chairs for Financial Firm
Location: Manhattan, NY
Project Scope: A major financial firm in Manhattan sought a sustainable solution for upgrading their office seating. LTK Services remanufactured 1,000 task chairs to meet the client’s quality standards while aligning with their environmental goals.
Outcome: By remanufacturing instead of purchasing new chairs, the client reduced their carbon footprint and saved significantly on costs. The result was a high-quality, eco-friendly seating solution that seamlessly fit their workspace needs.
Comprehensive Liquidation for Financial Institution
Location: Hopewell, NJ
Project Scope: Liquidated eight floors of office space for a major financial institution, including decommissioning, e-waste recycling, and the relocation and refurbishment of office furniture, task chairs, and file cabinets for use at the new location.
Outcome: The project was completed on schedule, with a focus on sustainability and operational efficiency. The seamless transition allowed the client to move into their new space without disruptions, while ensuring that all assets were either reused or responsibly recycled.
Large-Scale Liquidation for Consulting Group
Location: Woodland Hills, CA
Project Scope: LTK Services managed the liquidation of a 50,000 sq. ft. office for a prominent consulting group. The project required efficient planning and execution to clear the space within a tight timeline.
Outcome: Our team successfully cleared the space while adhering to the client’s deadlines. Unused assets were responsibly liquidated or recycled, minimizing waste and maximizing sustainability.
